Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are simple:

• Minimum rental period: 30 days.
• The rental period is agreed in advance.
• Rent is paid monthly in advance.
• For open-ended rentals, the notice period is one month.
• Utilities include electricity, heating, water, wastewater charges and internet.
• The apartment is provided fully equipped and 100% ready to move into, including towels, tea towels, bed linen, tableware, household utensils, cleaning products and more.
• The apartment must be left tidy and cleaned to a normal standard.
